• Bet Void - indicates that the event should be voided, and any bets must be reimbursed – this would be sent either if the event was removed from the schedule before it started, or if an event failed to finish due to a hardware or similar problem.
• In the event of a technical problem with the virtual sports games, we will be voiding all customer bets and return funds to the customer account.

Fairness

Betting Markets

The following betting markets are available:

Home/Draw/Away - A bet that involves correctly predicting the result of a virtual football game.

Correct Score - A bet that involves correctly predicting the final score of a virtual football game.

Total Goals Over Under - A bet predicting whether the total number of goals in a sporting event will be over or under the given number.

Double Chance - The outcome of your bet will be on either of two selections; you win if either selection/outcome wins.
